Approach
Integrative. Somatic-informed. Plainly human.
An honest look at how the work happens.
Integrative means we aren't locked into one method. Depending on what you're carrying, the work might draw from cognitive, relational, narrative, or somatic approaches. The framework adapts to you, not the other way around.
Somatic-informed means we pay attention to what is happening in your body, not just your thoughts, because stress and past experiences can be felt physically as well as mentally. Tightness, breath, warmth, and exhaustion are information. Learning to listen to them often opens doors that talk alone cannot reach.
Sessions are collaborative and paced. You're never asked to push past what's tolerable, and nothing important has to be resolved in a single hour.
