The same in-network plans apply to telehealth, subject to your plan's coverage, which Swiyah reviews with you first.
Questions people ask
- Can I have a session while traveling out of state?
- No. You must be physically located in Delaware during the session, because Swiyah is licensed in Delaware only.
- Is video private?
- Sessions use a secure platform. Email and the website contact form are not secure channels, so clinical details belong in session.
- Can children and teens use telehealth?
- Often yes, depending on age and what the work needs, with caregiver consent.
