What the contact form collects
The contact form collects only your name, your email address, and a short reason for contact. Nothing else.
No health information is requested and none is stored. Please do not include symptoms, diagnoses, health history, insurance ID numbers, or your date of birth in the form or in email — neither is a secure channel.
How it is used
What you send is used only to reply to you and to arrange a consultation. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and it is not used to build a profile of you.
No tracking
This site has no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. There is no Meta pixel, no advertising cookie, and no cross-site tracking script. Basic server logs may record standard request information for security and reliability.
Links away from this site
Scheduling and any external resources open on other companies' sites, which have their own privacy practices. This policy does not cover them.
